Shannon Orth's great-uncle, Warren Garst, was the
associate producer and chief cinematographer for Mutal of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom" TV show
that
aired for 25 years. During that time he and
his wife, Genevieve (Genny), traveled to all 7
continents filming wildlife. Above is a link to a
site that has been created by Colorado
State University through a grant given to the
university. The site features their
collection of photographs taken during those 25 years, along with
some facts about the
animals pictured. |
